										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div>On 24th of March 2023, the faculty team members of Vilnius University Kaunas, Assist. Prof. Indre Sciukauske and Researcher Darius Karasa, held the TEGA multiplier event at Kaunas Technology University in Kaunas, Lithuania.</div>
<div>During the ME, the partners from Lithuania presented the TEGA project&#8217;s results and showed them practically during workshop with LEGO with more than 30 participants from different VET and secondary schools and universities.</div>
<div>Overall, the audience welcomed the TEGA results, based on the interest shown during the event, the discussions and the engagement during workshop. Many participants mentioned their interest to use the TEGA community of practice platform for more ideas and advices how to use game-based learning and TEGA methodology during their lectures.</div>

This event took place in conjunction with another project, Youth For Youth, and had the participation of 30 students from the school. A variety of activities were developed with the objective to show that not all games are competitive, they can also be non-competitive and encourage collaboration between players, foster soft skills, and help teachers in their classes.</p>

This event was supported by an organization in the area of social inclusion – APPACDM Lx – and 33 participants. Several activities were developed under the motto &#8220;Playtesting for Diversity&#8221;. Thus, hands-on experiences were promoted to disseminate the methodological potential of the TEGA project, rethinking the inclusiveness of games and their potential.</p>
